1- GENERAL:

5- SHIPMENTS:
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.

6- RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
6-1 Return of goods:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased on iVapeo.com within 7 days of the date of receipt. You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased in iVapeo.com returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado. Within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the return, iVapeo.com agrees to your refund. 2.- Delivery of the articles of this section will be made as the maximum date within the term indicated in the product with a subsequent margin of 5 business days.
3.- Pre-sale management obliges the buyer to pay the total amount in advance and expressly waives the refund in case of cancellation when iVapeo informs the buyer of the product's availability, except that the product characteristics and terms of delivery delivery differ to a large extent from those announced at the time of processing.
