WARRANTY

The products of this website, have a 2 year warranty, from the date of purchase, except the systems detailed below since they have a maximum guarantee of two days (Except for products that have a shorter shelf life at 48h):

iVapeo.com is responsible for the replacement of the product, if it is defective. For its verification, the client must send the product along with his invoice or ticket to Ronda Sant Pere 49 - 08010 Barcelona, ​​once checked if the condition of the product is defective it will be replaced by a new one at no cost and a corresponding bonus will be made to the shipping costs incurred. In the event that the product was not defective and was a lack of knowledge in the use of the product, the customer will bear all the shipping costs of the product.

The warranty will lose effect if the product has been damaged by misuse, forced, suffered any type of manipulation and / or if it does not contain all its original packaging and documentation. No guarantee will be processed without the invoice or purchase ticket. The processing time of the guarantee will depend on each manufacturer who can take between 1 and 4 weeks for replacement. The liquids, aromas and bases once opened will not be made any change or return as from its opening considered product handled. There may be small variations of taste both in its preservation, such as the claromizer or atomizer used and even small variations made at the factory to achieve improvements.

Keep in mind that not all liquids always know in the same way because our taste buds also have small variations for periods. Liquids, bases and aromas that have not been opened and have their packaging and invoice or ticket can be exchanged for another product or they will obtain a bonus for their next purchase.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your product you can make an exchange or return if it does not exceed 15 business days from your purchase as long as the product is in optimal condition, it has not been used and together with the invoice or ticket purchase, the customer will bear the shipping costs for their return. The amount of your return can be made either through a paypal account or through a bonus for your next purchase.
