¿What is “Click & Collect”?
Place your order online as you normally would. At the time of finalizing the order you can select as an option in the "store pickup" shipping method (only available in our store in Ronda Sant Pere 49). Easy, no shipping costs and available the same day, in store hours from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
When you place the order you will receive a confirmation email, you do not need to print the receipt, just show the confirmation email with the order number and any document that proves that you are.
Can someone pick up my order for me?
Yes, provided that in addition to the confirmation email it shows a photocopy or original of the order holder, you also have the option to place the order on behalf of the person who will pick it up.
When will my order be available?
Your order will begin to be prepared after finishing your order, your order will be ready within 15-20 minutes, always within the opening hours of our store in Ronda Sant Pere 49 from 10 to 20:30 from Monday to Friday.
